Delivery Confirmation: Our responsibility for the item ends once it has been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier and confirmed by our records. At this point, the ownership and responsibility for the item transfer to you, the customer. Please contact the shipping courier to assist in any lost or stolen items.
